I wil NOT shop here again
Very unprofessional and poor customer service. After placing an order through the website store, there was no option for me to use my coupon. I did not realize this until after I placed the order. Immediately the next day, I called customer service to cancel the order and I was told the order could not be because it had already gone out. When I told the customer representative the site didn’t let me enter the discount promo code, the representative became very rude and told me someone would call me back. No one has called and the order has arrived, I will still not keep the merchandise. I plan on calling them tomorrow to return the merchandise and I will not do business with them company again.

Horrible Customer Service
Up until recently JoS A. Banks’ lived up to its reputation; I would never have given a low rating. I have shopped at its “brick and mortar” stores and website for the full line of men’s clothing; casual wear, sportcoats, shoes, and accessories. I have never had to use alterations; though I understand a purchase online can be taken into the store for alterations. Much of my complaint comes from a couple of encounters with the rude and unprofessional customer service. During the phone conversation with customer service I was passed around 4 times to other operators; needless to say the problem was never resolved. Finally after being put on hold for 3 minutes another person was more helpful.

Excellent Product Selection
Jos. A. Banks is the best place to go for men’s clothing. My husband loves to shop there. The store carries suits, shirts, ties all quality material and at a good price. The “Traveler’s” collection dress shirts are wrinkle free, after washing them a few times the shirts still look great.
