Nice Sweaters
I’m a big foot person; there aren’t a lot of the shoes carrying size 10 or 11. Other than that I found the site easy to maneuver around. I went ahead and purchased a couple of sweaters, I wasn’t sure if I should be ordering from Misses or Women’s. Anyway I purchased a Women’s 1X maybe I’ll go a smaller size next time. The sweaters were properly represented on the website. Very comfortable sweaters.

Quality, comfortable clothes
J.jill offers quality and distinctive clothing that is hard to find anywhere else. My J.jill pieces are beautifully made, comfortable and durable to wear. I believe the price of the clothes is worth it if quality is important. The clothes are loose enough to wear comfortably around the house or to go out in.

Sale Section has a huge selection
There are terrific bargains under the sale section. More than often when stores put items on sale it is slim pickens not so with J. Jill. They have a mass selection a lot of the popular sizes still left. The selections under sales is broken down into the same categories as the rest of the site; misses’, petite, women’s, tall and shoes & accessories). Other choices available are what’s new (includes gifts and our favorite outfits) and catalog quick order. I’ll definitely order from the sale section again, the cost of the regular priced items are too high. If I ever need to return an item a smart label is included with delivery and can be attached to the unwanted item for return at no cost to me.
