Dependable Bargains
The clothes are always dependable and decent, when I go into the store or online I usually find something I like. The sales clearance section has more items in it compared to some other stores like Kohl’s and Kmart. And feel the quality and selection is better than Kmart or Sears and probably on the same level as Kohl’s (maybe a smudge lower).

I like shopping on the on-line store
Selections on the online store are greater than the brick and mortar stores. Usually I feel more comfortable going into the stores to see the merchandise, but shopping on the JC Penney site feels comfortable much like visiting with an old acquaintance. For those that are used to shopping through the catalog you will find the website is laid out very similar.

The oldest and trusted still
J.C. Penney is a nationwide chain and like many other stores has an on-line presence. The difference is J.C. Penney is one of the oldest and well known stores. The on-line store offers products for women, men, kids, babies, the home and the outlet clearance section. I’ve ordered from J.C. Penney on-line alot and never had a problem with a product being damaged. I did have to send an item back because of the wrong size and customer service was very professional instructing me on what to do. Overall, shopping at J.C. Penney on-line is a good experience and service is good.
