Think twice before ordering anything from this company. My experience was a total disaster. It took over 2 MONTHS to get my order right. First the bed was missing the hardware and all the pieces weren’t shipped. I called customer care and the wrong hardware was shipped out again. Not to mention the side railing was still not sent. After 9 weeks of following up and tracking down the parts, finally, all the parts and hardware were received. I needed some help putting the bed together so I paid a neighbor’s college age son to assemble it. I am pleased with the bed set, not the service I received. This company better get it together before I will ever order from them again.

worst customer service help
You would think I was asking the “secret of life” for as long as it took the customer service person to tell me the dimensions of the space between the top of the hutch and the shelf space, where I wanted to put my electronics. How can you give assistance to a customer if you don’t know about the products you sell? - What a shame because I took my business somewhere else.

Buyer Beware!
Here’s a company that baffles me. The site is great, the merchandise looks good, but it's not worth dealing with the hassles and frustration. I had a question about their shipping/handling fees on an order. The shipping was supposed to be free, but I was still charged for shipping and handling. The problem was no one at customer support could give me a clear reason as to why I was charged. They said shipping and handling aren’t the same. Also, I wasn’t that impressed with the high-end lamps I ordered, they were overly priced.
